Financial Assistance
A commitment to inclusion is an essential element of Trinity’s educational philosophy and school culture. Economic diversity enriches the educational experience for all families and participation of a wide range of families is critical to the health of our school.
As you search for the best school for your child, you may find that financing a private school education represents a challenge for your family. Trinity determines eligibility for admission independent of a student’s application for financial assistance. We strongly urge you not to let the cost of tuition stand in the way of considering Trinity.
We encourage families with concerns about affording Trinity to inquire about our financial assistance program. Financial assistance grants are awarded on the basis of a family’s demonstrated need. To help evaluate demonstrated need, Trinity employs the nationally standardized system for analysis offered by the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS) based in Princeton, New Jersey.
A confidential Trinity administrative committee evaluates the needs of all applicants based on the guidelines and data provided from SSS. Once Trinity has granted financial assistance, the school is committed to offering continuing assistance provided the family continues to demonstrate need.
The Financial Assistance award program is an annual event and families do need to apply every year. Awards are based on the number of qualified applicants, the family’s calculated need, and the funds available for financial assistance which vary from year to year. Within the scope of these variables, Trinity is committed to offering assistance to as many qualified students as possible.
