Energy and Enthusiasm Radiate from Trinity Classrooms

Effective schools ensure values permeate all areas of school life: interactions among teachers and students, classroom routines, community events, ceremonies and rituals, academic philosophy, and curriculum materials. Trinity’s curriculum is unique, unlike that of any other school. The strong values of the Trinity community are reflected in the philosophies, practices, and materials in our classrooms.

Trinity is a school committed at every level to diversity, academic depth, authenticity, community, and nurturing young hearts and minds in age-appropriate ways. Our academic programs across Lower School and Middle School are unparalleled as they teach students to live a life in which they make connections, honor the complexity of life, strive for deep understanding, and live within a diverse community of learners. The primary philosophy focuses on the development of the whole child.

Trinity Library
Trinity is proud that our state-of-art library is the hub of school activity. We view the library as an extension of the regular classroom and employ a flexible library schedule. Independence is encouraged, with the librarian and parent volunteers serving to provide on-going lessons related to library skills, appreciation of literature, and research techniques. Students check in and out their own books via computer, and are taught the use of the online card catalog. A glimpse into the Trinity library on a school day may mean you see the librarian conducting a "mini-lesson" related to reading informational text with a group of students researching science topics, a parent volunteer assisting students with online research at the lap-top center, a student book club discussing a common novel, and several students browsing among the stacks.
